Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran half on a dirt/grass loop to stay on soft surfaces and the other half on a hilly road loop around a lake. My legs were kind of tired today. For some reason my quads felt fatigued, probably from the hills in the middle. I tried picking it up a little the second half and managed to keep the last 5 miles in the mid 6:30s. Still felt kind of tired though which is why I didn't try to crush it
