Comments:
Was planning on taking this as a long recovery run but it was all around bad. Met up with Stacey to do a trail in Morristown, she said it was "not bad" and there was "down hill". This run was like up hills both ways with a half mile down hill. We both just felt terrible today, I think it's cause I had a hard workout yesterday and not much sleep but who knows. Just feel bad cause I feel like we wasted such a beautiful day out
