Weather: cold as fuck, mid 20s, windy.

Comments:
okay run today, better than on friday. shins were still super sore but breathing was a whole lot better. first time going 4 in awhile...

splits: 9:09 (shorter than a mile), 9:12, 9:08, 14:34 (1.5 miles).

extra: 3x20 pushups, 3x50 crunches, plank circuit, 50 squats, hip extensions, 3:00 heel/toe walk, oblique crunches, a shit ton of other core strengthening stuff.
