Went to the Y with Blake and Louis. Decided not to run since I already had over 25 miles this week and kinda felt like lifting some weight.

Front Squat:
8x 135lb
5x 155lb
4x2 185lb

DB Clean and Press 40lb (each arm)
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10
Pull-ups

Finished with some abs(flutter kicks, supine bicycles).
