Comments:
I felt alright during this workout. I wanted to do a LT workout, but it felt hard early into this workout. I started to do 3-5 minute reps at a pace around hard aerobically and then rest for a while. I wanted to get some work done at LT without going overboard so I had long rests. I didn't really run vey fast, but the pace was there definitely. I had a total of 2.2 miles at an average of 6:37 pace. The recovery started off around 8:00 and got down to 7:25 for an average of around 7:40.
