Comments:
3 sets of 2x200 @39 with 200meter jog and 1x800 @ 2:40 with 800 meter jog..felt really good and strong on all of the 200's but fell apart on all of the 800's. For some reason it was really challenging and I tried the best that I could. Worked legs and abs in weightroom
