Comments:
3 sets of 2x200 @39 with 200meter jog and 1x800 @ 2:40 with 800 meter jog. After the first 800 my hip/IT band was pretty tight, it felt a little better during the rest so i just finished the workout. 200s felt good, 800s were consistent just a little off pace. talked about cross training for a couple days
