that I'm out of shape :/

Did not feel great running these. Goal was to run 2x5x200 at 30-33 per with 2 min rep rest, 6 min set rest.

Splits: 34, 31, 31, 32, 34; 34, 33, 34, 14

Decided to do the last 100 since my sister was doing the short sprints workout at the same time.

Still feeling very much out of shape but putting time in is the only way to fix it. More is probably better while I'm home and have ample time to sleep.
