Comments:
Today I realized that something does not feel right to me. I started felling pretty tired in the warmup. I then went to do the workout and I felt bad the first 200 and onwards and ended up a second off. I did the next one and felt horrible so I decided to drop the workout and add more miles. I started out fine at first but it got worse later on. I don't know what it is but I have either been tired too easily or its just random.
