Run Alongside the Hudson Part 2

Got out a little later than I would have liked, but on the upside, the Hudson RIver is equally, if not nicer, to run by when basked in the city light. There were a lot more runners going my direction today, and I gained a lot of confidence from the fact that I could easily pass people that I wouldn't have dreamed of keeping up with as recent as 2 months ago. I'm still trying to figure out my stride, as I have a lot more leg extension than I'm using, but when I try to extend my strides, I find myself overreaching and slowing down. Also, I fear that my feet might be pounding the ground a little bit too hard. I'm not experiencing any unusual knee pain, but my strides are more audible than usual. Perhaps it's just the lack of conversation.
