Comments:
Some LSD to close out the year. The time may be slow but I needed to get that last long distance run before the upcoming half marathon. It was good on many levels as well as a first of many. First time running 1:50 minutes, first time running 12 in my training, first time running to ulmerton. He have made a lot of progress in 2014, I surly wasn't running 12 miles last December. Let's put everything together and have a great 2015
