Comments:
Ran around Livingston with Zac. We hit a few hills on the way to a short trail in town. The trail was pretty slow with rocks, branches, and tight turns, but it was only a half mile so it was worth a try. Ran a 7:30 that mile but picked it back up after. I fell on the way out and hit my knee pretty good on a rock so I had to stop for a minute to let the pain pass but it was only my kneecap so it didn't affect my running and I was able to finish the last few miles without it bothering me. Felt pretty comfortable overall. We were going to do strides after but the track was closed so ill have to do them tomorrow at my track. We did core after
