6 Mile Run At Memorial Park

Comments:
It was cold so I wore pants, but I regretted wearing pants during the run. The plan was to do 5X 1 Mile with half mile recovery around half marathon pace. It felt a little bit harder than it should and I only got 2 reps in. My warm up mile was 8:02. My "Planned" workout was 6:33, (Half mile) 7:37, and 6:39. After that, I ran 2.5 miles at 7:21 pace. Not a good run at all, but I still put in 6 miles. My legs were hurting a little bit too.
