oKay run on the treadmill today. shins were super sore and i don't know why. i stretched them pretty well. breathing was okay. overall, okay run. not the best.

splits: 9:41, 9:30, 9:44, 1:00 (0.1 miles).

extra: 3x20 pushups, 3x50 crunches, plank circuit, 50 squats, 3:00 heel/toe walk, 2x25 on each side oblique crunches, 2x15 on each side side crunches, 2x1:00 6 inches, 1:00 crossovers/frankenstein.
