Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I stretched before the run and rolled my It band to make sure . It was a good run up to mile 2 where I got such a bad cramp in my diaphragm so I had to stop for a bit. Then I began running again when the pain eased up. The rest of the run went well too IT band began to get a bit tight again but nothing major like last week. I'm the rolling now .
