Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was out all day from sunrise to sundown so I didn't get to run until 8:00pm. Since it was dark I went to my track to do the easy run because the field lights were on. I switched direction halfway to even it out. Considering how long of a day I had I felt great on the run. Kept reminding myself to hold back because I'm running my long run in 12 hours and I want to feel good for that. Only problem was the guacamole I had at 6 was not sitting well in my stomach so I decided to push strides back to Sunday.
