Comments:
Got a group together and ran at the Manasquan Reservoir. My legs were extremely extremely sore from yesterday but felt great at the same time,the pace felt comfortable and it was fun! I stopped a few times to stretch my knee or a part around it that tightened up after after five miles which was annoying because I almost wanted to run farther
