Comments:
It was an okay run but once i got to the third mile, my legs started to feel like shit. my shins were super sore and my knees felt weak. my entire body felt weak, actually. :(
splits: 9:52, 9:31, 9:30, 9:41, 1:31 (0.15 miles).
extra: 3x20 pushups, 3x50 crunches, plank circuit, 50 squats, 2x15 on each side side crunches, 2x20 extension crunches, 2x25 on each side oblique crunches, 2x1:00 6 inches, 3:00 heel/toe walk, squat side walks, just a bunch of core strengthening stuff.
