My first of many runs for 2015. We got off to a late start for the new year but we did end 2014 with a bang. Todays run was just what I needed. Feeling a bit of angst and fighting with my addictions to turn things around it was nice to go out and work the body hard.

I was just over 7 minutes out and just under 7 for the way back. Pretty good way to start of the new year. Lets keep making progress
