Comments:
Felt okay today but felt a bit nauseous.. legs felt okay but stomach was weak. breathing was a little iffy, my nose just felt clogged (not sick though).

splits: 9:54, 9:32, 9:30, 9:45, 1:30 (0.15 miles).

extra: 3x20 pushups, 3x50 crunches, plank circuit, 50 squats, 3x15 on each side side crunches, 3x25 extension crunches, 3x25 on each side oblique crunches, 3x1:00 6 inches, 3x10 in each leg calf raises, just a bunch of core strengthening stuff, 10:00 elevating legs.
