"I don't like hangovers"

Shoutout to the 10 year old who read my shirt and is apparently a functioning alcoholic.

Workout though. Switched around this and the long run because I like my mileage to make sense. Went down to the PHS track, and did the intervals.
8x300m, about 30 sec rest. I somehow forgot my watch, so I had to use my phone to get the splits. Worked ok. Ended up averaging around 57-58 for them, but I blame the stupidly strong winds for messing up the pacing. Reminds me of my oath to buy a large wall around the track after I've made my millions. Followed up with 5 "brisk" miles. Took it down to the tow path and around the University. Didn't time it, but it felt right.

Also, anybody know where I can get some quality sunglasses for bargain-bin prices?
