Comments:
Although it was really windy and cold I felt really fast and strong in the workout finally. Like I said, I messed up the 300's because I'm dumb haha. The 600's were faster than I expected, I didn't pace myself through my splits.
The workout was altered because of the weather, so it was 2x600 with 600 rest @ 2:12, 2x400 with 400 rest @ 78, 3x300 with 400 rest at 58 and 3x200 with 200 rest @ 35.
