Comments:
I was hauling ass today! I was excited all day for this workout and then when I got out of work I was tired. But I fucking nailed it. The CDF is approaching fast and its time to start to prime up for optimal performance. I already tapered for the race by taking the first 4 days of the year off. so this is going to be hard week with quick tempo runs and one LSD with a focus on the 2nd half
