2 sets of 5x400 meters with 45 second rest within sets, 5 minute rest between sets. Splits were 77, 76, 77, 77, 76. Then 74, 74, 70 (supposed to run this one faster), 77, 75. Followed that up with 5 minute rest then one 300 at 49 seconds.
