Comments:
So I tried to do the workout today in the street but it got really icy and there was a lot of traffic so I only was able to do half. I did two miles at 6:30. I felt pretty good a little hard time breathing but unless I was good. I am going to hopefully wait for them to clear the track at my high school to attempt the workout again on sat. I did body weight activies and core after my run.
