Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Was going to do a run with a 20 minute pickup. Started the run feeling fine, planned on running one normal mile and then 20 minute pickup and then finishing my run with whatever mileage was left. Did the first mile in 7:35, then started to run a little faster, hit the second mile in 7:02. I was running right into the wind and my calves were so so tight I just couldn't finish. I know it's cold and I have been working hard the past couple days but it wasn't happening for me today. I wanted do a couple more miles at regular pace just to get the mileage in and feel like I did something but my calves weren't feeling any better so I just ran home. Even though I had a bad run I'm not that upset cause I've been having a lot of really good days. Just gonna stretch everything out today really well
