Comments:
My track was closed and didnt have time to drive to toms river so I used a park in my town thats a mile in perimeter. It was difficult because not only was I not on a track but I had to avoid running through a part that had patches of ice so that left me doing all but one interval going through an incline, this made it very hard and on top of the wind. I didnt hit my times on any but the last 800 because I was able to start it at the top of the hill by the way my last interval ended and it was short enough to avoid the ice.
