Felt so so good today. We started out 7:50 pace and just kept dropping, really comfortable for the first 6 miles we were talking the whole time. Really happy cause yesterday didn't go so well. It was sooo windy during the run, I felt like we were always fighting it. My calves didn't hurt today I think it might have been the socks I was wearing yesterday cause whenever I wear them my legs seem to bother me. I lost Stacey a little for the last mile, my average pace was 7:25, last mile was 6:55. This was also my first 8 mile run since xc and it was my fastest, overall good run. Went to the gym and did legs and abs after
