Exercise Type: Run

Weather: hootttttt!

Comments:
down pine, to ten mile, down ten mile to the overpass by overland.
keely was so beastly! she braved that hill easily, and i was like..dying! i stopped at the top haha, my blisters were screaming at me..as well as my legs. she went alot farther than me and kirsten haha she went all the way to overland..we stopped on top of the overpass haha.

blahh.
wasnt feeling this run.
intense blisters.
i desperatly need more mole skin^.^
Kirsten and I walked a lot because she felt like she was just gonna puke , and my blisters were too bad..and we decided that our walking pace was definetly faster than than the running pace we were attempting.i was walking/running with my heels out so as to not hurt the blisters i had on my achilles, but now i have like 2 or 3 nasty blisters on my heel^.^
smoooooth one.
I guess we went about 50:00 minutes.

after the warm up loop, i am definetly wearing socks for drills.
