Weather: 10 and cold
Comments:
Ran solo after practice outside. Just getting dark. Ran down to tridge and then over to Loons stadium. Then back. 1.5 more miles in the Turf Building. Good stretch and icing of knee! Knee felt better today, but it still hurts and not sure what to do about it! :-(
