Treadmill workout

Comments:
The track was frozen and it was freezing so I did the workout on the treadmill with Em. It felt alright, it was very hot And my hip again from being on the treadmill was very uncomfortable. We did squats and abs after. My miles were all 6:43, it was difficult to hit right on pace because of the treadmill.
