Exercise Type: Elliptical

Comments:
lifted weights, then went for a run. I got a few hundred meters and had to stop. My shins couldn't take it. I was really pissed off. I made the most of the day and went back inside and "ran" on the eliptical for 60 mins. I got a good cardio workout in and was certainly tired, but i'm a real skeptic that they compare to actual running. I guess they're only as good as you make your workouts on them to be. We'll see what the coming days bring.
