Comments:
Cold and rainy run. I need a little rest from this past week of track practice. 3 straight days of running at a pretty fast pace. I ran really easy today, which is why I wore tights. Mile splits were 7:56, 7:39, 7:36, 7:47, 7:39, 7:38, and 7:20. Pretty easy with a little tired legs. Need to make sure my legs feel good next week for my half marathon
