Comments:
workout was difficult but not bad. tempo was hard, legs got really tired on the last lap and the 200's weren't as tiring but the short rest made it difficult to regather myself. Not exactly sure how I did on the 2's because I didn't time them but I was told they were on pace. Goal for the 2 mile tempo was 6:25-6:30 and 2's were 39
