Comments:
10' of elliptical (w/ glute kicker to warm up
3 sets of 10 of Goblet Squats (50 lbs), pull ups, and single-leg hamstring deads (30 lbs)
very short set of core workout on the stability ball (20 each of crunches and jack knifes)
8' on the ellitical to cool down

Very pleased that I'm reacting well to strength work. For Friday's workout, I will either have to increase weight or add new exercies.
