Speed work

Comments:
Today I felt pretty good. I started getting really tight after the first 8 twos but kept going until I actually felt pain. The two mile tempo was 12:47- I felt decent. The twos were all 39 and I did 12 of them, it felt nice to do some speed stuff. I did core after and iced my hips.
