New Years Eve Hills

Comments:
Pressed for running time (before the new years festivities), I decided to do some fort reno hills. I was initially planning on doing some short pickups ( as you can see by warmup pace), but hills were more optimal for today's schedule. I was pretty exited when I got there, but not only had I forgotten how painful the hills were, but I had underestimated the significance of having a team by my side. On the upside, however, all of the hills felt equally grueling, leading to consistent splits (each within 4 seconds of each other). Today was good, but hopefully I can get a longer, slightly easier run in for my knees (and the sake of training both my legs evenly, seriously, you can really feel the difference after running those diagonally).
