Wow was it humid! Thankfully Tom had us go on effort (thanks Tom!) Did three Summer Rest Road Loops with first warmup (mile 7:45, 11:16), second 5K effort (mile 5:52, 9:28), third up paced (mile 6:47, 10:45). Loop is 1.5 miles, but I think it is long. The mile is marked and Leigh had her beeper thingy on, so the miles are on. Happy with it. Tough with the humidity.
