Ran with Woody on the indoor track. 14 minute warm up then a quick 5K, followed by a 5-minute rest jog and then a fast mile. It's 11.5 laps to the mile so it's a lot of turning, but the time goes by fast. 5K was 19:47 or about 6:22 pace, then 5:53 for the quick mile. The quick mile definitely tested me, but I felt pretty good for the 5K effort. Looking forward to being able to do this outside, seemed like we were turning every 2 seconds.
