I woke up this morning with a change of plans. I had to drop my dad and my grandfather off at Presbyterian hospital in lower Manhattan for his surgery. (It's nothing serious) I left 2.5 hours early thinking I'll make it to school on time. I made it back to my house at 11:30 exactly. I ran around my town, no planned route. The pace felt easy, and relaxed. I did strides in the turf by my highschool. Splits: 7:48,7:49,7:38,7:44,7:27
