Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Stacey and I went to the gym when we got back a little early from Jamaica so the boat was still docked. The run felt soooo much better than the day before since we weren't moving. Started at 8:00 pace and then every half mile went one level faster. The last mile and a half I went faster every quarter mile. At the end of the run I was at 6:51. Felt good my stomach just hurt a little
