Comments:
Decided to run with someone else today, especially because of the safety hazard that this weather provides. After doing a shortened warmup, we went out at a pretty relaxed pace and went down 42nd to Yuma, turned right (down to 49th) and went back to school on Chesapeake. Jacob and I went inside, but I, feeling like I could still do a fair amount more, went back out and did three laps around the block. I got a little exited, and because I was no longer holding up a conversation, sped up a bit and pushed myself. The laps were pretty cold and icy, but worth it, I think, as they felt great and helped me feel a little bit less sluggish and worn down form the weather.
