Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
After running for around 20 minutes around the indoor track, the tight turns (and constant bumping against the railing) became exhausting. So I decided to go into the weight room and bike on medium resistance for 25 minutes. I'm not quite sure about the distance, but my guess is a bit under five. My knees were hurting a bit, but the pain subsided after 10 minutes and I just enjoyed the lack of pesky turns.
