Tunnel Workout

Sadly, the Avocado Invitational was postponed, but luckily, we still got to get some speed work in. A bunch of groups ran at a fairly relaxed pace over to the crescent trail tunnel (we stopped at the far end). Sahil and I were the only concretes, so we merged with the dirts and did 6 sprints if the tunnel with 1 min recovery time. I felt surprisingly strong during the intervals, and actually loosened up, peaking at around the 4th. The last 2 were fairly painful, but I managed. Ran the way back at a nice and easy pace as well, quite tired from the first real workout of the season.
