Comments:
Today was very disappointing for myself, I really felt ready to run and when it came down to it I failed. The beginning of the race I felt great but after the first mile I started to feel my hip, once my hip was really tight the pain came and then I guess since I was still pushing my back started to tighten up and it was painful as well. Between my hip and back I felt like I couldn't contiue and it hurt so bad I was struggling to breath so before I even realized I was off the track. I'm extremely disappointed in myself and I need to get stronger in every aspect. I iced and tried to stretch but everything was very tight after, I struggled to cool down as well.
