Comments:
After my races my knee that has been bothering me around the knee-cap traveled to the back. On saturday my knee felt really irritated so I took anti-inflammatory, iced and rested, it also hurt really bad to bend it. Today my sports chiropractor was able to see me and he did some techniques and taped it for me. He said that I strained a muscle, I'm not exactly sure what muscle it was but that I am okay to run and its an easy fix. Today my knee bothered me less but I was afraid to run on it so I went to the gym and worked out, tested it out by running a mile but still felt pain in the back of my knee so I biked 40 mins. I'll see the trainer and get her opinion also.
