Comments:
I think I ate too soon before this workout but I felt okay anyway. We were on pace or faster for each 800. It was nice working out with Stacey, felt like I was finally back :) Pacing for us both was a little weird, sometimes too fast or slow the first 400. I didn't feel like dropping out or wheezy till halfway through the 4th one. So that's always a great sign. Excited to get faster again.
