Comments:
Felt strong today. Since I've had a string of very poor workouts, I really wanted to make sure today was good. I planned at going out at 6:00 for a few miles then picking it up if I felt like it. Splits were 5:59, 5:54, 5:54, 5:48, 5:48, 5:48. I really felt in control of the pace, which I haven't felt for a while. Stretched well after and doing core tonight.
