Recovery run

Comments:
Started with the girls and finished with Paris. We went on the track to the res and finished on the track. The pace was slowed down in the res cause of the ice, it wasn't slippery or anything but we still had to be careful. Felt good for this run just my calves were pretty tight. Did form drills after and then rolled out at the trainer. Was only coughing really bad after the run but during it was fine. Been drinking a ton of tea and water to try and get rid of this cold
