Recovery Run

Comments:
Legs were really tired today. We tried going to the res but it was really messy there with ice and mud so I only stayed for a few laps then left and went to potters field. That was also very wet so I went to the dirt road which was also very wet and eventually left and did a lap at the track before finishing. Legs were definitely sore and tired today. Just gonna recover all week and hopefully feel good for saturday
